Everything here is provisional
Products, statuses, categories, prices, tiers, benefits, timelines and stockist arrangements are all in development. Anything not explicitly marked as final should be treated as planned, proposed or TBC.
The Founding Campaign is not open for payments
The Founding Campaign page describes a campaign that BLACK CAT plans to run directly on this website, and it is not Kickstarter. Tier names, indicative pledge amounts and inclusions may change or be removed before any campaign launches.
Supporter tiers are not investments
Any supporter tier described on this site — including the Founding Nine — does not represent shares, equity, ownership or a financial return in BLACK CAT.
Founding Stockist and Founding Seller programs
Descriptions of retail, wholesale and seller programs are indicative. Final terms, quantities and margins will be confirmed in writing before any commitment is made.
Forms and communication
Submitting a form registers interest only. It doesn't create an order, a stocking agreement or a reservation of any kind.
