Short version: we only collect what you give us, we keep it private, and we use it to talk to you about BLACK CAT.
Why we collect it
To contact you about BLACK CAT products, community votes, Test Crew opportunities, store stocking and the Founding Campaign. Store and seller submissions are handled separately from consumer signups.
Who can see it
Signup data is stored privately and is not readable from this website by anyone. Only BLACK CAT can access it, through trusted administrative access.
What we don't do
We don't sell your details, we don't share them with advertisers, and we don't add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Analytics
We record anonymous interaction events (for example, which pages and tiers get viewed) to understand what people find useful. No external analytics provider is connected at this stage.
Getting your data removed
Email us and we'll delete your record. Since BLACK CAT is still being built, contact details will be published here as soon as the business email is live.
Changes
This page will be updated as BLACK CAT formalises its business structure ahead of launch.
