Selected Australian players, collectors, sellers and stores receive prototypes and report back honestly on shuffle feel, durability, protection, fit, materials, packaging and value.
Product voting
Which categories get built first, and which variants make the cut. If the community wants small-size sleeves before playmats, that's the order we build in.
Colour voting
Core colourways decided by vote, plus limited releases the community picks. No more waiting years for the one colour everyone actually wants.
Creator collabs
Australian artists and creators on playmats, sleeves and limited drops — paid properly and credited clearly.
Store feedback
Local game stores tell us what actually sells, what packaging works on a shelf, and what price points move.
Events
Local Perth events first — prize support, prototype tables and letting people handle gear before it exists publicly.
Founding community
The group that joins before launch. Permanent recognition, early access, and a real say in the direction of the brand.

BLACK CAT Founding States records where the brand travelled — not just who backed it. Western Australians are Home State Founders; everyone else becomes a Founding State Member for their state or territory.
Later, signed-in Founders will be able to optionally display a first name, state, founder number, VIP level and founding year — for example DALE / WA-0001 / GOLD FOUNDER / PERTH, WA. Addresses and personal details are never shown. Future feature only.
